Dr. Tim Marando graduated from Brock University, in Ontario Canada with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences in 2006 and continued to complete his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2009 and Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree in 2010 from the National University of Health sciences, graduating Valedictorian in each class.
Dr. Marando has a long history of being involved in sports which lead to his interest in physical rehabilitation and current involvement with activities from Olympic weightlifting, cycling to hockey. Dr. Marando’s experience has given him the opportunity to work the sidelines from IRONMAN and local running races to weightlifting competition’s and the privilege to work with professional athletes.
Through the years, Dr. Marando has continued to provide individualized care utilizing specialized treatment approaches such as Fascial Distortion ModelTM (FDM), Active Release Techniques® (ART), McKenzie Method®, Graston Technique®, Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) and Kinesio® Taping all combined with corrective rehabilitative exercises. Dr. Marando’s primary goal is to re-establish healthy tissue and improve biomechanics allowing for a quick return to your active lifestyle.
