Dr. Brian Mulhall received his first Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Illinois University in Pre-Medical Studies in 1997. He received his second Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology in 1999 and his Doctorate of Chiropractic (DC) in 2001 from National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, Illinois. After moving to his wife’s hometown of Fort Worth, Texas in 2005 they started Active Spine & Sport Therapy which has been voted “Best Sports Rehab Clinic in Texas” eight times by the readers of Competitor Magazine who also voted Dr. Mulhall as “Best Sports Medicine Doctor” for the past four years.

Dr. Mulhall is certified as an Elite Provider in Active Release Techniques (ART) along with other certifications in/as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner (CCSP), Trigger Point Dry Needling (TDN), McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (Cert. MDT), Kinesio Taping (CKTP) and is a Fellow for the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture (FIAMA).
