Description
Having lived with chronic pain for the majority of my life, I was in awe when a friend of mine who was attending massage school at the time managed to put a pause on my neck pain by pinching a muscle in my armpit. I enrolled at the Florida College of Natural Health the following day.
After finishing school and achieving licensure in 2016, I focused my continuing education on musculoskeletal anatomy and physiology, and non-traditional assessment and manipulation modalities with the goal of understanding and addressing my pain and gaining the knowledge and experience to enable others to achieve a more mobile, pain-free, and unrestricted lifestyle.
The majority of my time practicing massage has been working with medical professionals, including more experienced massage therapists with the same practice goals, in chiropractic and physical therapy settings. This provided me with the opportunity to learn and receive guidance when approaching patients’ unique chronic and acute issues.
